Festival Foods: Your Hometown Grocery Destination in Neenah, WI

I love ALL Festival Foods grocery stores. Such a huge selection of items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Deli and liquor area is outstanding!! The only disappointment I have is that I couldn’t find Supper Club brand Bloody Mary’s in a can. It may be that the distributor has stopped shipping it? No fault of Festival Foods?

I shop here quite frequently. The prices are much higher than you would pay elsewhere, but the deli, bakery, and produce section are also higher quality. You get what you pay for. The reason for my review is that I was shopping and asked an employee what he thought about the beer/ chicken flavored pringles. He informed me that he was a simply guy and had not tried them. I thanked him and walked away. He proceeded to tail me through the store with the can as offered to let me try them for free by putting a sticker on the can that said they were free "just because". I was shocked. This is an excellent example of really good customer service. I do not know this employee's name, but he was a tall skinny guy with shaggy hair. Well done!

Always super clean, with a great variety of high quality products, and the associates are always very helpful and personable and upbeat! The department I want to thank especially in this review is the bakery. I ordered a custom 1/4 sheet cake for my parents for their anniversary. Marble cake, with the whipped vanilla icing and Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad on it. This cake was not only ready early, but was literally the most beautiful and most delicious cake I've ever had!! And my parents had the exact same opinion! Beyond any expectations I could have had!! I would reccomend Festival's bakery to everyone who wants a great custom cake for any occasion! Very reasonable prices as well! Thank you to everyone in the bakery for making my parent's special day even more enjoyable and special!! You are the best!!

Great place to get groceries and food! A huge supermarket with a food court area in the back. The food court is on the second level and it’s accessible via stairs or an elevator (according to a sign). Right under it you can order food and it was pretty popular! There’s also free wi-fi. I didn’t check out the food court this time but i definitely will next time. I also bought bus passes at this location.

The Neenah Festival Foods is clean, bright, and well organized. They have a good variety of food. The staff are helpful and kind. There is a lack of organic fruits and vegetables. I think it is due to the population in the area. Bigger cities like Madison seem to have more organic foods. There is a community room that community members can use for free. You make reservations by calling. I love that this is available. Thank you, Festival!

I love Festival! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and the Deli is superb! If you can't find an item you want, you can request it and unlike most stores, they actually follow up and call you when they have it in! I look forward to shopping there and I generally HATE grocery shopping. Thank you, Festival, for making an onerous chore into a fun trip!

We recently used Festival to cater cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding and it was incredible. The bakery did an amazing job making sure the everything was beautiful. Hilary did a great job. She was very helpful and easy to work with. They were also able to deliver and set the cake as well as cupcakes up how we wanted them at the wedding on the day of which was incredible! Overall, everything was great and I would highly recommend using their catering.
